Our responsibilities
We bring in specialist firms and work with them in detail. Our small core team manages decisions and coordination across the full project.
Our process starts with land planning professionals. We work with leading firms from across the United States to resolve streets, building placement, views, open space and access before the design is reduced to engineering requirements.
We have experience with complex municipal approvals, entitlement requirements and related legal challenges. We work with municipalities, engineers and land-use counsel to resolve difficult issues, protect established approvals and maintain constructive working relationships.
We review plans in detail with architects and engineers. Floor plans, circulation, grading, elevations, materials and construction methods are developed together, with our team actively involved in the decisions.
We carry the design decisions into construction, coordinating the work and resolving details with the consultants and construction teams responsible for delivery.
Development consulting
We also work with owners and project teams beyond our own development portfolio. Our consulting draws on experience with real projects, municipal processes and construction across Utah.
