Most of our team has spent 25 years with GCD. We manage the planning, regulatory, design and construction responsibilities often spread across much larger development teams.
We collaborate with leading land planning firms from across the United States and experienced architects, engineers and construction professionals. We remain closely involved in the plans and details, rather than simply reviewing a finished design.
Our portfolio spans different markets and price points: apartments, condominiums, twinhomes, townhomes and single-family communities.
