What can we say about Alpine Brook, except YAHOO!  I mean, the place is cool and we’re not trying to be braggy, but truth is truth.  Imagine a quaint but sophisticated ski village, well … minus the actual skiing, and there you have it.  Alpine Brook is a small, but popular hillside community located on Provo, Utah’s southeast bench.  The 11- acre, 72 home, hillside community features a tot lot, water feature and access to the rugged Slate Canyon trail network, which borders the community on the east.  The unique architecture is the perfect combination of practicality and aesthetics.  Each home offers the convenience of a two-car attached garage and either 2 or 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths. 

A particularly distinctive landscaping plan creates harmony with the natural mountain by utilizing indigenous plants.  Creating harmony with nature was really what we were going for – so mission accomplished.  The community sold out at a record pace and is still one of the most desired townhome locations in the Provo area.
